• Registration Method: Registration for the payment by (1) Credit Card(VISA or Mastercard ONLY) or (2) Bank / Wire Transfer by the following steps:

Step 1: Please use this off-line Registration Form (CIS’2024_Registration_Form) and make the payment. Step 2: Fill the Form and return it by email to <cis2024@ctg.cn>. For credit card payment, please remember to add 3% on top of the payable amount as the handling fee. 注: 使用信用卡付款时，请记得在应付金额上增加3％作为手续费。使用银行转账时，请在注册费的金额上加上银行额外收取的处理费，以免二次转账。

Important Notice:

• To be included in the conference proceeding, each paper must be registered with the regular payment, i.e. HKD 1900 , and the payment must reach us NO LATER
THAN November 30, 2024 . That is, at least one author of a paper should make the regular registration.

• Regular registration includes Conference Proceedings, Lunch and Dinner/Banquet, as well as Tea Breaks, on December 7 and 8, 2024.

• All bank charge should be absorbed by payer.

• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded plus a service fee if a written cancellation confirmation is received before December 2, 2024 and payment is non-refundable thereafter.
