• Registration Method 1: Registration for the payment by Credit Card(VISA or Mastercard) by the following two steps:
Step 1: please use this off-line Registration Form ( CIS’2023_Registration_Form ) and return it by email to cis2023@ctg.cn ;
Step 2: The registration secretariat will send you the link for online payment by email. Subsequently, you may follow the instructions and make the online payment.
注: 如果，註冊表內有具體的信用卡資料（持有人姓名/卡號/有效期）注册单位財務部門就能刷卡。 如没填寫，則會返還付款連結，由作者付款後，截圖付款完成，交由財務部門二次審核，確認收款。（但不填写这些信息會拉長收款时间），推薦直接提供相關信用卡資料以供收款。
• Registration Method 2：Registration for the payment by Bank / Wire Transfer, please use this off-line Registration Form ( CIS’2023_Registration_Form ) and return it by email to cis2023@ctg.cn or by fax to (+852) 2866 2053. 注: 转账时，请在注册费的金额上加上银行额外收取的处理费，以免二次转账。

Important Notice:
• To be included in the conference proceeding, each paper must be registered with the regular payment, i.e. HKD 3900 , and the payment must reach us NO LATER THAN November 25, 2023 . That is, at least one author of a paper should make the regular registration.
• Regular registration includes Conference Proceedings, Lunch and Dinner/Banquet, as well as Tea Breaks, on December 2 and 3, 2023.
• All bank charge should be absorbed by payer.
• 50% of the registration fee will be refunded plus a service fee if a written cancellation confirmation is received before November 28, 2023 and payment is non-refundable thereafter.
